What is the Junior Academy of Science?

The Alamo Junior Academy of Science (AJAS) is an annual meeting and science competition. Students (grades 6-12) from across the Alamo region conduct research during the school year and present results at AJAS through both spoken and written word.

Who can participate?

AJAS is for students (gr. 6-12).  Public, Private, Parochial, Magnet, and Home schools may enter AJAS. Independent entries are accepted if a student’s school does not have a program on their campus.
